Conceptual Design Sprint
A fixed-fee engagement that defines the project's conceptual foundation. It translates brand identity, user intent and business objectives into spatial strategy, materiality palettes and design direction — covering programming, concept development, spatial planning and FF&E design intent.
Design Direction Retainer
An ongoing monthly advisory that ensures the original design intent is preserved throughout the design development and construction documentation phases. It includes strategic guidance, periodic design reviews and alignment with internal teams and external consultants.
Beyond concept, we collaborate with a trusted network of technical partners — through Design Development, Construction Documentation, Permitting, Procurement and Implementation — to carry your project end to end, with the original design intent preserved.
